- What if my dog's coat is matted? If your dogs coat is matted we will discuss the best for your dog under the animal welfare act we are required to put the dogs welfare before vanity. They may have to be shorter to remove the uncomfortable mats.
- How often should I book? If you're dog needs extra work and time every 4 weeks is advised, If you are just looking for a regular groom most breeds are 6-8 weeks
